Over the last 3 years, Ive read this book all the way through 3 supertrainign and taken notes Its incredibly difficult to read yet full of info.

I have a Kobo and have used a converter to make the PDF into an eBook, but due to all the graphs and charts, the text comes out all jumbled. This book is probably the most in depth and thorough book on all aspects of training.
